4. Waitlist Rules & Automatic Removal

4.2 Failure to complete a Renewal by the stated deadline will result in automatic and permanent removal from the waitlist without further notice.
4.3 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove any individual from the waitlist at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, provision of false information, or violation of these Terms.
